Our mission is to develop workforce housing that is both well-located and affordable for working families. DanReDev LLC partners with cities, community stakeholders, and local employers to accelerate the infill redevelopment of workforce housing for the "missing middle."

We leverage modular construction techniques and highly efficient templated designs to drive affordability at scale while remaining focused on the human experience.

Project Zero: Now Leasing

Located in Spokane, Washington, DanReDev LLC's pilot project refined the design for our kit-of-parts concept and validated the use of modern modular construction techniques. Modules were built in a climate-controlled factory and delivered by truck to the site with the interiors fully completed. The modules were set in place by crane over four days, followed by the completion of subsequent site work.

Project Zero was designed from the ground up as a modular project, serving as a pilot to optimize the use of LEAN/Six Sigma manufacturing methodologies to deliver workforce housing at scale.
